Now the packaging says that these insoles help prevent ball of foot pain, and from my experience with this product, that is the truth. I didn't wear them in heels except for a short period of time, but I do wear them in my Sperry's, which I wear to work every day. I'm on my feet a lot at work, and before these insoles, I would get home and my feet would hurt so bad that I'd have to bribe my brother to massage them for me. A lot of this pain was actually in the balls of my feet. I guess that's because of the way I stand, or something like that. I'm not really sure. Also, depending on the socks I wore, I would sometimes get blisters on the balls of my feet. Once Influenster sent me this product, I was really excited to try them.
Once trying them, I was not disappointed. These insoles helped my feet SO.MUCH. I now wear them every day, in almost every pair of shoes. But my favorite use of them is definitely for work. No need to have my brother massage my feet anymore. They somehow seem to massage my feet with every step I take. They don't stick to my feet, so they don't get pulled out every time I take off my shoes. However, they still manage to keep my feet from slipping forward while wearing heels. The only problem that I have with this product is that the bottom isn't quite sticky enough for me. Then again, I've moved them around between different pairs of shoes several times, so I guess that's to be expected. But I'm definitely going to be buying a pair to put inside all of my closed toe shoes and all of my heels. They're so worth the money.
I would definitely recommend these insole to anyone who spends long amounts of time on their feet. Or even if you're planning on going to an event where you'll be wearing heels for a few hours, invest in a pair of these. You won't regret it!
