I do have to say, this was probably one of my favorite products from Influenster so far. The Q-tips® Precision Tips differs from a regular Q-tip in that it has pointed ends instead of rounded ends. Now when I say pointed, I don't mean sharp, so it's not like it will cut you or anything. But these ends allow you to be more precise in what you're using the Q-tip for (hence the name Precision Tip).
Although the ends are pointed, they are rather durable. They hold their shape when you press them against something, which is awesome. The ends are slightly rough though, so I wouldn't imagine they'd be good for babies. But I guess they have to be a little more firm to keep them from losing their shape when you use them. The texture wasn't an issue for me, though.
These Q-tips Precision Tips have so many uses. Some that I've found so far include:
- Fixing nail polish mistakes
- Fixing eye makeup mistakes
- Applying lip products
- Cleaning out the keyboard on my laptop
- Cleaning out small crevices on my phone
- Cleaning in between the buttons on the television remote
- Removing nastiness from my pets' nostrils or the corners of their eyes
- Cleaning the corners of the floors, where nothing else can seem to clean
