To get to the review part.
- First off...the lashes were rather hard to get off of the pink plastic package it came in. I tried using both my fingers and the pink lash applicator that came with the lashes to pull them off, but it was difficult either way. That caused me to mess up the left eyelashes a little. That is one thing I would definitely change about this product.
- I really liked how easy the glue was to apply. The one time that I have worn fake eyelashes in the past, I had to squeeze the glue out of the tube directly onto the eyelash strip, which was somewhat hard. But the glue that comes with the product has a brush-like stick, but without the brush part, that makes it easy to put on the lashes.
- The applicator was really helpful in holding the lashes while putting them on. The only thing I would change about it is that I would make it a little longer. The part that holds the eyelashes was only about half the length of my eye, so I was able to make sure half of the lash strip was put on where I wanted it to go. The other half, however, just kind of went where it wanted to. If you noticed in my video, I had to fix part of the lashes on both eyes. The part I had to fix was the part that wasn't held by the applicator.
- Once the lashes were put on, I let them dry for a while. Afterwards, I put on some eye makeup. This pulled the eyelashes off slightly, so I had to re-glue the ends of them on again. I think if you tried to put the lashes on after putting on eye makeup, it might not stick as well. However, I have yet to try that. Once I fixed the lashes though, they stayed on pretty well, even with makeup.
- The lashes were kind of uncomfortable. Maybe that's just me, because I'm not used to wearing fake lashes, but I could feel them the whole time I had them on. My eyelids felt slightly stiff, which I wasn't a fan of. Maybe that's just something that takes getting used to, but in my experience, it was rather irritating.
